Foodhutti.com is a platform which helps the customers to discover restaurants.
Foodhutti.com offers variety of packages for the restaurant owners to advertise their restaurants. The packages details and their duration are mentioned on PACKAGES page.

Refund:

Foodhutti does not have refund policy. However, in case of special cases foodhutti can look into the matter.

Account cancellation:

On its sole discreation foodhutti.com reserves the right to cancel, suspend, terminate or deactivate any order/account associated with foodhutti.com.

General terms and Conditions:

1. Foodhuti.com is a place to explore restaurants and not a manufacturer, seller or distributor of food and beverages or Products the restaurants offers.
2. Foodhutti shall not be liable for any acts or omissions on part of the Restaurant Partner/Store(s) including deficiency in service, wrong delivery of order / order mismatch, quality, incorrect pricing, deficient quantity, time taken to prepare or deliver the order, etc.
3. The Restaurant Partner(s)/Store(s) shall be solely responsible for any warranty/guarantee of the food and beverages or Products sold to the Customer and in no event shall be the responsibility of Foodhutti.com
4. Note that you would be required to share certain personal information with foodies. This information may include your name, email, and phone number. Foodhutti.com would use this information according to its privacy policy.
5. It is responsibility of Restaurant owners to keep their restaurant page up to date with all the upgradation required such as prices, deals change of address etc.

Copyright infringement

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and require those that use the Services to do the same. Foodhutti.com shall not be liable for any infringement of copyright arising out of materials posted on or transmitted through the foodhutti.com, or items advertised on the foodhutti.com, by end users or any other third partie. We may, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, remove or disable access to material on the Services that infringes upon the copyright rights of others.
